More than 100 passengers are still missing after a domestic passenger vessel, listing early today, finally sunk off Zamboanga City, authorities said today.
The Superferry 9 was on its way to the port of Iloilo when its captain issued a distress signal around 4 am (2000 GMT Saturday) when the ship began to tilt in heavy seas about 70 nautical miles off Zamboanga City, said authorities.
